VMS: empty option lists hide the field

If every Purpose or ID proof option is removed or hidden, that field no longer appears on public QR check-in or the desk form.

    VMSReceptionUX
    • Empty or all-hidden option lists hide Purpose / ID proof from visitors
    • Settings editor warns when a field will be hidden for lack of visible options
  2. V-21.158 Sept 2026

VMS form options: show/hide list editor

Purpose and ID proof dropdown settings use an interactive list with per-option show/hide, add, delete, and reset — no more plain textareas.

    VMSReceptionUX
    • Collapsible option lists with eye toggle to hide options without deleting
    • Add / edit / remove / reset defaults for purpose and ID proof suggestions
    • Public QR check-in uses the same creatable dropdowns as the desk form
  3. V-21.148 Sept 2026

VMS: remember visitor details on device

Lobby QR check-in can save name, phone, email, company, and ID type in a cookie so returning visitors only fill visit-specific fields at other Nexova tenants.

    VMSReceptionUX
    • Optional consent: save soft profile on this device for 180 days (no OTP, no photos)
    • Prefill + skip known soft fields across /visit/{code} on the same browser
    • Clear saved details anytime from the welcome step
  4. V-21.138 Sept 2026

HRMS polish: analytics, pay-run clarity, OKR UX

People analytics now uses real offboarding exits, leave heatmap works again, pay-run lock surfaces reimbursement sync warnings, and OKR key results can target any goal.

    HRMSAnalyticsPayrollUX
    • People analytics: separation-based attrition, net headcount, pending leave/claims/offboarding shortcuts, dept exit bars
    • Fixed leave heatmap (was querying non-existent from_date → start_date)
    • Pay run lock returns warnings when reimbursement paid-sync fails instead of silent catch
    • Pay runs page: numbered workflow sequence + clearer lock copy
    • Goals: pick any objective for key results (not only the latest)
  5. V-21.128 Sept 2026

    Attrition analysis for offboarding

New HRMS page to analyse exits from separation cases — trends by month, department, tenure, reason, and exit interviews.

    HRMSOffboardingAnalytics
    • Offboarding → Attrition analysis with period filters (defaults to last 12 months)
    • Breakdowns: resignation vs termination, department, tenure buckets, top reasons, pipeline status
    • Recent exits table links into each offboarding case; exit-interview rating / rehire when available
  6. V-21.118 Sept 2026

    HRMS ops gap fixes

Closes leave, OT, FnF, offboarding, and expense edge cases: no double OT benefit, accurate balances, mid-leave adjust, encashable-only FnF, asset gate, and partial claim approve.

    HRMSLeavePayrollExpenses
    • Leave balance / apply ignore LOP and punch-day usage; quota checked on apply
    • OT approve: pay XOR comp-off; payslip OT only for pay settlement
    • Approve paid/unpaid split from list and manager approvals; shorten or cancel approved leave
    • Comp-off restored on unpaid split/toggle; FnF encashes only is_encashable leave types
    • Offboarding blocks deactivate while assets are open
    • Expenses and reimbursements support partial approved ₹; allocate can exceed quota with warning
  7. V-21.108 Sept 2026

Leave approve: paid + unpaid split

HR can approve a multi-day leave as part paid and part unpaid (LOP). Unpaid days no longer consume leave balance; payslip still deducts LOP.

    HRMSLeavePayroll
    • Leave detail approve panel: set paid days (e.g. 2 of 5); remainder becomes unpaid leave
    • Creates a separate unpaid leave row for LOP while keeping paid days on the original application
    • Leave balance usage ignores approved unpaid (LOP) days; Mark unpaid also refreshes balance
