Lobby QR check-in can save name, phone, email, company, and ID type in a cookie so returning visitors only fill visit-specific fields at other Nexova tenants.

People analytics now uses real offboarding exits, leave heatmap works again, pay-run lock surfaces reimbursement sync warnings, and OKR key results can target any goal.

Attrition analysis for offboarding
New HRMS page to analyse exits from separation cases — trends by month, department, tenure, reason, and exit interviews.
HRMSOffboardingAnalytics- Offboarding → Attrition analysis with period filters (defaults to last 12 months)
- Breakdowns: resignation vs termination, department, tenure buckets, top reasons, pipeline status
- Recent exits table links into each offboarding case; exit-interview rating / rehire when available

Closes leave, OT, FnF, offboarding, and expense edge cases: no double OT benefit, accurate balances, mid-leave adjust, encashable-only FnF, asset gate, and partial claim approve.

- OT approve: pay XOR comp-off; payslip OT only for pay settlement

- Offboarding blocks deactivate while assets are open

Leave approve: paid + unpaid split
HR can approve a multi-day leave as part paid and part unpaid (LOP). Unpaid days no longer consume leave balance; payslip still deducts LOP.
HRMSLeavePayroll- Leave detail approve panel: set paid days (e.g. 2 of 5); remainder becomes unpaid leave
- Creates a separate unpaid leave row for LOP while keeping paid days on the original application
- Leave balance usage ignores approved unpaid (LOP) days; Mark unpaid also refreshes balance
